Cons -
- they give the room and the AC was not working but I didn't notice it first time when I realize the room is not that much cool so I check it and I saw the Ac was damage. so then I tell them they request me to go outside for half an hour and they repair but still not working like that .and I didn't receive any towel from them. the trouble is there reception is just in front of the door.there is no geyser i think. I didn't find any hot water in the washroom. over it's good to stay there. but they are charging a lot.
- Room was not clean properly. Bedsheets and towels and the floor is very dirty
- i will pay two times for their request as they told me some technical/network issue is arise. They promise me to back my extra money. But they can't back this money. I complained this issue to their incharge, but they are not contact with me. As my money is neede for double time.
